Barbusex75 is correct, it is the Scheune. I have almost fallen UP those steps many times during a Sunday naked party. As I stay just down the street when in Berlin, that bar and the its dungeon is a good place to visit on the way home from almost anywhere (even after B*** the 24 hour fuck palace.)
