While these policies cover most circumstances, T.I.M. (aka TIMGlobal) reserves the right to handle each issue that arises on a case by case basis. These policies are subject to change with out notice and do not govern sales (including sales of T.I.M. products) on AEBN or Naked Sword. Please visit those sites for support and/or questions regarding their Terms of Sale.

Shipping

We endeavor to ship all orders for in-stock items within one (1) business day but reserve the right to take up to four (4) days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Shipping is typically via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You should allow two (2) to eight (8) business days for standard ground delivery once your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice.

All shipping charges, including fees associated with returns and/or exchanges, are the customer's responsibility, unless waived by Treasure Island Media (T.I.M.). Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Title to products passes from T.I.M. to the customer upon shipment. T.I.M. is not responsible for any delays in delivery or problems once the product has been shipped.

International customers please note: International customers visiting this site warrant, understand and agree to the following: Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country. Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel. *Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. *Please note, all transit times displayed are estimates only and are provided by the transport company. * Delivery times may vary on items purchased on weekends and holidays. * Tracked 24 Orders to be placed prior to 11:30am to ensure next day delivery.

Back Orders

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, T.I.M. will hold the order until the back ordered item becomes available. If the back ordered item is not anticipated to become available within 96 hours, T.I.M. will refund you the cost of the item and ship the remainder of the order.

Return and Exchanges

If you are generally dissatisfied with your purchase, we are authorized to provide reasonable accommodations, up to and including: product substitutions, gift certificates, coupons, and, in select circumstances, refunds.

Refunds and substitutions are issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to managerial input and approval prior to being offered.

Fees are in general non-refundable once the Login details have been used on Portal. Non-use of a Membership or inability of the User to access the Portal through no fault of us shall not be grounds for a refund of Fees. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month Membership periods.

In the event a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by the Company who will credit the Payment Method used to make the original purchase. NO refunds will be made by cash or paper check. ALL refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days of communication between the User and the Company's Client Relations department provided that all the info regarding the Payment Method is accurate.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are mitigated in various ways. We employ an around the clock support team which is up to speed with all our policies and that is attentive to our user needs. They have tools available to them that will allow them to cater to all user needs and provide them the best possible experience, hence minimizing complaints, refunds and chargebacks.

We also apply full transparency on our site making it clear to the user what we offer along with clear indications of costs, may they be initial or recurring costs. All the content that is exposed to non-paying users can also be found inside the paying area. There are no hidden areas or false promises in terms of the service being rendered.

We also make use of fraud and chargeback alert systems with our processor. This allows us to get alerted right away of possible fraudulent transactions, which we refund and cancel immediately. Besides these alerts, which are tackled immediately as we receive them, we also scrub transactions daily in an attempt to minimize fraud by analyzing patterns.

Typically T.I.M. cannot offer refunds on the following products:

  • Open DVDs (A replacement will be offered within the first 30 days of purchase, in the event that your copy is defective)
  • Download-To-Own Scenes / Full Length Movies (In the event that you experience difficulty while attempting playback of any content, contact our office immediately for best effort customer satisfaction and IT support.)
  • Washed and/or Worn Apparel. Underwear, whether new or open.
  • Adult Novelties, whether new or open. If an item is defective, we will do our best to replace it.
  • Paid Site Memberships (In the event that you experience difficulty while attempting playback of any content, contact our office immediately for best effort customer satisfaction and IT support.)
  • Opened/ Used Merchandise

Pricing and Availability

All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability. T.I.M. reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and/or to discontinue products without notice, even in the event that the customer has already placed an order. All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales, discounts, and various other promotions are not required to be honored retroactively.
