Thanks Max - to be honest, it has been driving me crazy. I located the customer service email from a previous purchase I made (I have bought nearly all the TIM videos over the years) and copied and pasted the rant I posted above.
If I should not be ordering through the FB link, that's fine but you post so often, I thought it would be easier. Should I just purchase by going to the TIM site directly?

I just tried to purchase again by going to the site directly, not through FB and was stopped again by that dreaded Age Verification box. No instructions on how to use it and the page won't accept a CC until Age Verification is complete. This is the first time I've been asked for this. I bought Meat Market through the site and while it required a new sign on using my email rather than the username I used for years, it did not require age verification.
