If you encounter any issues accessing our Video Vault, please let us know!

However, please try these steps first. They have recently been updated, so if you've tried them before then please give them one more chance.

1. Visit https://treasureislandmedia.com/members/logout manually by copying and pasting the URL into your browser.
2. Visit https://treasureislandmedia.com/members/member manually, using the same method of copying and pasting. You should be prompted to log in again, but don't log in yet. If you don't see the login form, please stop here and let us know because that's not good.
3. Visit https://www.timvideovault.com/sso?logout=1 manually, again using the same method of copying and pasting the URL into your browser.
4. Repeat step 2, except this time, log in using the form.
5. You should now be on your Dashboard, and you should also see a link labeled TIMVideoVault (it will probably be located toward the top-left of the screen). If you don't see that link, manually visit this URL: https://treasureislandmedia.com/members/nats-auth
6. Note: you might see a message that says Oops! Something went wrong or it might even say something like Logged out! Please wait. In either case, ignore those messages because they should go away within about 30 seconds (although it will probably be much faster), after which you should be forwarded to the right place. If you still see one of those weird messages after 30 seconds, manually visit https://www.timvideovault.com which will take you to the TIMVideoVault.
7. Once you're at the TIMVideoVault, try playing a video.
