What Shipping Methods are available for my orders?

We offer a number of different shipping methods through USPS (US Mail) and FedEx. When you place your order, you will see the options for that order under "Shipping Methods" in the first column.

Domestic USPS (US Mail) Options:

Priority Mail - this is an expedited method. (Please note: Due to the state of affairs brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the current state of extreme weather conditions,  the USPS has advised that currently it cannot guarantee delivery within the usual 2-3 days for this method in certain areas.)

First Class Mail: A relatively quick and inexpensive option for orders up to 15 ounces.

Media Mail: For multiple DVD orders.

USPS Parcel Select Ground

International  USPS (US Mail) Options: (Please note that you are responsible for all duties and fees once the order arrives in your country)

Priority Mail International

FedEx Options

FedEx Home Delivery (Please note that this method cannot be used for post office boxes)

FedEx 2-Day (Please note that this method cannot be used for post office boxes)

FedEx SmartPost - A relatively inexpensive FedEx shipping method, but may delivery may take longer than 10 days

Download Delivery

When you order a Download-to-Own movie or scene, choose "Diigital Download" as the shipping option during checkout.

Special Notes:

At this time, we only use ground shipping services to ship Cleaning Solvents. Even if you are able to order an expedited service through our site, we will ship an order containing Cleaning Solvents via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Select. Thank you for your understanding.

• If you are seeing an error message that there are no shipping methods for your location, click the Account icon and then click Profile Details. Revie3w yoru shopping profile and fill in your address completely. Save the changes. Take any items out of yoru shopping cart and put them back in. That should do the trick!

FILLING OUT YOUR ADDRESS IN THE SHOPPING CART ONLY WILL NOT SUFFICE.
