What is your return policy?

• All return requests must first be authorized by Treasure Island Media. We will not hornor returns sent back to us without authorization, and an RMA number provided by us.
• If you would like to return a DVD, it must be unopened. You can return un-opened DVDs by sending to the return address on the package. (Again, first you must get a return authorization. Unsolicited returns will be ignored.)
• By law, undergarments and sex toys can not be returned in any case.
• If you receive a defective sex toy, please contact us for a replacement.
