Seeing Double? Did you get charged twice for something? We hope not!

If you notice a duplicate transaction on your bank statement or believe that you may have been double billed for a membership, contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket  so we can get it resolved for you.

In all cases, we will refund the duplicate charge and avoid the banking process.
