Cancelling your Paid Subscription

Q. I would like to to cancel the account before the autorenewal/next rebill date. how do I do that?

A. If you wish to change/cancel/update an account, visit your MEMBER DASHBOARD

  • Log in to your account at https://treasureislandmedia.com/members/member
  • Click the word DASHBOARD to go to your account profile.
  • Under Active Subscriptions, click the word Cancel next to any active subscription.
  • This will stop the autorenewal, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of its term.
  • Per our terms and conditions to which you agreed, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions.
