   In order to use the Site or purchase a subscription on our membership sites or any other purchases in our store, you must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside. You hereby represent and warrant to Treasure Island Media that you are over the age of 18. You also represent and warrant to Treasure Island Media that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, as well as to enter into a contract for the purchase of the Site.

   To comply with applicable state and federal laws, access to age-restricted areas and purchases of adult-themed products or services require successful completion of an independent age and identity verification process. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to verification of your age and identity through a secure, third-party verification service. Treasure Island Media does not collect or store your identification documents, biometric data, or other personally identifying information used during that verification process; only the verification result (pass/fail) and timestamp are retained for compliance purposes.

   If verification cannot be completed, fails, or indicates that you are below the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, your access to age-restricted content or purchases will be denied. 4. 4. LOSS OF USER ID OR PASSWORD

   You are responsible for keeping your confidential user ID and password secure. You may not share your user ID or password with any other party. In the event of any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your user ID or password, you agree to immediately notify Treasure Island Media at customerservice@treasureislandmedia.com or 877-553-8181. You understand that you will be liable for any unauthorized use of the Site or purchase resulting from any use of your user ID or password by any other party.

5. 5. PASSWORD SHARING

   A user cannot log in to the website on more than one computer at a time. Users can log in from up to 3 IP addresses within 60 minutes. When a user is simultaneously logged in from more than one device, their account will be locked for 20 minutes. Password sharing may result in account termination without refund.

6. 6. MAINTENANCE OF ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS

   You agree at all times to maintain an active email address. You agree to receive email announcements that may contain sexually explicit content from Treasure Island Media. You understand that Treasure Island Media may terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, in the event that your email address becomes inactive.

7. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
