This Policy explains how Treasure Island Media ("TIM," "we," "us," or "our") prevents, identifies, and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, and sexual exploitation across all of our platforms, including treasureislandmedia.com and tim.store (collectively, the "Platforms").

These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited. Because our Platforms are accessible globally and involve content distribution and financial transactions, enhanced safeguards are required. This Policy defines prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, enforcement actions, and cooperation standards to ensure risks are addressed quickly, consistently, and responsibly.

This Policy applies to all users, content creators, performers, third-party partners, vendors, affiliates, and all activity conducted on or through the Platforms, regardless of location. It operates as a standalone policy, independent from our Terms & Conditions , Complaints Policy , and Content Removal Policy .

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Treasure Island Media maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward:

Human trafficking in any form

Sex trafficking

Sexual exploitation

Coercion or forced activity of any kind

Deceptive recruitment or fraudulent inducement

Any activity that enables, facilitates, or profits from exploitation

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding of payments, and referral to law enforcement authorities and financial partners.

2. Definitions

Human Trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act or labor/services through force, fraud, or coercion, as defined under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and applicable international law.

Sex Trafficking means inducing a person to perform a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or inducing a person under the age of 18 to perform any commercial sex act regardless of force, fraud, or coercion.

Sexual Exploitation means actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another.

Coercion means threats of serious harm to or physical restraint against any person; any scheme, plan, or pattern intended to cause a person to believe that failure to perform an act would result in serious harm or physical restraint; or the abuse or threatened abuse of the legal process.

Forced Activity means any participation in content creation, performance, distribution, or any platform-related activity that is not the result of free, informed, and voluntary consent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on and through the Platforms:

Uploading, distributing, promoting, or facilitating any content involving trafficked or exploited individuals

Using the Platforms to recruit, advertise, or solicit individuals for trafficking or exploitation purposes

Coercing, forcing, or fraudulently inducing any person to participate in content creation or performance

Knowingly profiting from or facilitating transactions linked to trafficking or exploitation

Producing, distributing, or possessing any content depicting minors in a sexual context

Retaliating against any individual who reports suspected trafficking or exploitation

Failing to report known or reasonably suspected trafficking or exploitation encountered through the Platforms

4. Content & Creator Safeguards

Treasure Island Media implements the following safeguards to prevent exploitation:

Age and Identity Verification: All performers and content creators are subject to identity verification and age verification procedures in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.

Consent Documentation: Written, informed consent is obtained and documented from all participants prior to any content production. Consent records are maintained and available for review.

Content Review: All content published on the Platforms is subject to review to identify and remove material that may involve trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activity.

Ongoing Monitoring: We monitor platform activity, user reports, and transaction patterns for indicators of trafficking or exploitation.

5. Reporting

Anyone who suspects or becomes aware of human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion or forced activity connected to the Platforms should report it immediately.

6. Enforcement

When a report is received or a potential violation is identified, Treasure Island Media will:

Promptly investigate the matter

Immediately remove any content reasonably believed to involve trafficking or exploitation during the investigation

Suspend or terminate the accounts of any users, creators, or affiliates found to be in violation

Withhold any pending payments associated with violating accounts or content

Preserve all relevant records and evidence

Report confirmed or suspected violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Notify financial partners and payment processors as required

Enforcement actions may be taken at TIM's sole discretion and without prior notice. Reinstatement of terminated accounts is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Cooperation with Authorities & Financial Partners

Treasure Island Media cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and financial/payment partners in the investigation and prosecution of trafficking and exploitation. This includes:

Responding to lawful requests for information and evidence

Providing records and data as required by law or regulation

Participating in industry initiatives to combat trafficking and exploitation

Maintaining compliance with Visa's Integrity Risk Program (VIRP) and all applicable card brand requirements

8. Training & Awareness

TIM personnel involved in content review, user support, and compliance functions receive training on recognizing indicators of trafficking and exploitation, proper reporting procedures, and the requirements of this Policy.

9. Policy Updates

This Policy is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in law, regulation, industry standards, and best practices. Material changes will be posted on the Platforms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platforms following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
